Terms of Service

Welcome to Peoplevolve. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Peoplevolve provides HR consulting services, including but not limited to People Strategy Advising, Recruiting Support, and HR Program Creation. All services are offered virtually and are available exclusively to clients within the United States.

2. Engagement & Agreements

All work is governed by a written contract or proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and terms specific to each engagement. Services begin once both parties sign the agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are billed via invoice, as detailed in the signed contract or proposal. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Peoplevolve does not offer refunds for services rendered or reserved. Once an agreement is signed, the client is responsible for the full agreed-upon fee, even in the case of early cancellation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely access to information, materials, and personnel necessary to perform services

  • Communicate clearly and respond within reasonable timeframes

  • Honor the terms of the signed contract or proposal

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in the contract, all deliverables created during the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share, disclose, or reuse any data or proprietary content without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Peoplevolve is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services under dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Peoplevolve is legally registered.
